  • Develop process training material.
  • Include templates to teach “how to fill-in”

Build Process Asset Library.


  • Store all Processes, templates & checklist
  • Conduct Risk Assessment and store risk items.
  • Collect measurement data
  • Collect good samples from the Pilot Projects
  • Collect lesson learnt and update the knowledge Database.

Process training and internalization.


  •  Develop process training material and handout
  • Conduct Process training for each of the Process areas.

Process Deployment (Pilot).
